The target market for Shwasa Residency would be high net worth individuals, upper middle class and upper-class individuals working and living in Hyderabad East. While clients in the locality surrounding Hyderabad East make up to 75% of our potential customer base,15% would be from NRI Investors and rest of the market is from neighboring tier 2 cities.

Marketing Strategy

Our Marketing Strategy will be defensive focusing on few basic initiatives:

  1. Advertisement Hoardings. A clear message would be sent to the specific target customers by specifying Dwelling Price and Amenities, thus avoiding unnecessary crowd.
  2. Web initiatives. Our specifically designed website would further attract our potential customers.
  3. In house Marketing department. A Professionally trained marketing team would give the prospective client a walkthrough of model flat explaining every design detail.

Pricing Strategy

We would be a high cost provider of our target market. Our goal is to provide   fully furnished ultra – luxury residential dwellings with every possible amenity/facility including electronics from house of major brands (Kitchen-Faber, AC- Voltas, Entertainment- Sony, Other Electronics- LG. Furniture- Custom made to suit).
